Pre- Purchase Survey/ Insurance Survey
This is a in depth comprehensive evaluation of the vessel. The overall condition of the vessel is determined and a fair market evaluation of the vessel is then set. Items that are examined are structural integrity, machinery, electrical systems, propulsion system, fuel system, navigational equipment, accessories and electronics.

Appraisal
This is an examination of the vessel to determine only the fair market value of the vessel.

Damage Appraisal
This service is performed to asses the magnitude of damage to the vessel. Repair recommendations are made as well as a local market estimation of repair costs.

Non-Intrusive Hull Examination
Involves an inspection of the hull and deck for signs of fracturing, osmosis, previous repairs as well delamination. Sounding of the hull and moisture readings will also be completed.

Engine Oil Analysis
A sample of the engine oil will be removed from the engine and sent away to determine the presence of metals, additives and coolants. This service can often locate problems with the machinery of your engine before catastrophic failures occur.

Tips for Preparing your vessel for a survey

• Clean the vessel prior to the survey
  
• All miscellaneous items removed from cabin and locker areas prior to survey
  
• All gear and equipment that is part of your vessel should be onboard vessel at time of inspection
  
• Access to the vessel should be pre- arranged with marina or storage yard prior to inspection
